I remember how much fun I had with this multiplayer, even though I could only play in the morning hours or very late in the evening. It was fun until I came into matches with people shamelessly abusing the Electro Bolt/Telekenises-Stund + Hunting Rifle technique. Making any other way of playing impossible in the multiplayer. Also the multiplayer had serious issues with lag and netcode. In summary, the multiplayer was a very cool idea, but mediocre to badly executed. I'm happy that they solely focused on the singleplayer.

That shit got so annoying. EVERYBODY was doing it. I was a Houdini, which works well with the sawed-off shotgun if you do a fight or flight playstyle with it, but even then, one stun and shot and you were done for 😡
