You can’t win prizes guessing the puzzle right off the bat. So what’s the point when going for the car is not likely to win. I was glad Alex put him to shame.😊

19:19 They made a mistake and opened the wrong number. If she didn't happen to match there, they would have probably stopped the clock, given her another 5 seconds, and started again when she called another number. I've seen them do that when they make a mistake like that.

@matrixwipe Hello! I know at one point you had a Google Drive link that had more of the Classic Concentration Episodes that aren't listed on your channel. Do you still have that up somewhere? Thanks so much. I really enjoy watching these.

Where are the pockets on those kangaroo shoes ??
@millenniumman754 күн бұрын
They were on the external facing sides of each shoe. There was a little Velcro flap that you could open and there was a little zipper that would have an area where you could put coins or a key. From the shot at 4:03, you can't see them - outside facing.

Knowing the art style and the usage of 80s-themed titles and familiarity, I believe puzzle #2 was used on one of the Orson Bean pilots.

A design remake of the first round rebus was used on one of the Orson Bean pilots (you can find it on KZbin).
@therealbrentrolland2 ай бұрын
Another fun fact-the second rebus in this game is a remake of a puzzle designed by early Concentration's original rebus master, Norm Blumenthal.
@therealbrentrolland2 ай бұрын
The opening puzzle for this game-and the closing puzzle for episode #212-were both used on one of the Orson Bean pilots of "Concentration." You can tell as the art style was a bit more refined and none of the letters/numbers had outlines. Also, some of them were phrases that were very fitting for the 80s. I thought these rebuses were beautiful and felt "full." I'd love to see the other seven Bean pilots to see what puzzles were used (and also re-used on Classic Concentration). Thank you for these, Gus!

Holy crap that’s Brian Haley. He hit it big in 91 with appearances on HBO and Carson. He went on to make a ton of movies.
