My antena senses embellishments and delulu, im sorry but with connections anyone can get a leg up too far from my understanding of coming from poverty i thought this was going to be great but i left feeling like i just watched a bad actress in a movie reaching for a rags to ritches "this is part of my story" great your apps working and im happy for you but lets not get carried away people can see through this now we need authetic, i do very much feel like you have lied your way to where you are and you need to spend some time getting real sorry but this cant be encouraged.

Headline from 2018: "Socialite born into obscene wealth says poor people are poor because of their attitude." She clearly hasn't changed. (Also, did she really say "people who look like me"? As in,, white people?)

The logic of this is so flawed. Why would cancer evolve if it wasn't good for us... Or diabetes. Or any other disease. We evolved because of alertness and adaptability and logical thinking and many other things. Anxiety is a pathological state that, yes, has good origins (so does cancer- splitting of cells, rewriting of DNA), but calling it 'good' is a mistake.
@thomascourbet1829Ай бұрын
To be fair the diseases you are citing are more glitches of the body where anxiety / fear is more of a feature. The clip was cut too short so we can't know for sure where she was getting to for sure but if I had to finish I would say that yes, anxiety probably helped us survive before but since humans evolved so fast in their way of living and in society that we have many old reflexes/ instincts that are not that well adapted for the modern human. I guess some anxiety is good too, without it we would probably be less prone or less reactive to the danger around us. The problem is more when it itself glitches and becomes chronic and you feel too often, even in very safe situations. I think anxiety might be associated too much with pathologies like social / chronic anxiety ( probably what you were referring to ) where just plain anxiety is normal and happens to everybody in dangerous / high stress situations. I guess it depends how you define it In conclusion I would say that yes, you can say that anxiety "can" be good but not that it is all the tile.

This is so timely, because tomorrow I have a huge 4-hour test of basically giving hypnotherapy to a fellow student, talking to their Inner Child! We're required to ask the client, "What is something you loved to do as a child?" I'm also answering a book quiz on the topic of Inner Child healing now!
