Yes to all of this! I just recently figured out I did not have to listen to people in my life that the final decision is mine. It is eye opening how much we can live for others. Also, environment is key. Currently, I am trying to get out of an environment that does not serve me and never did. Look around you and if it is not helping you work on your exit plan from that situation.

I did this the other week so it was a FREE one I for years ago at a charity shop Read the intro first three chapters but found it was quite dull so just have to a charity shop as I’m an avid reader so move onto something that captures my book genre I have it three four chapters in so not bad
