Intergenerational communities are key. I believe it to be a mistake to assume that older people only want to socialise with older people Whilst the actual living accommodation may be exceptional, it is vital that people of all ages continue to be considered as part of the community at large

Hello… I have the cure… VERY EFFECTIVE… everything disappears from malice to depravity, even phobias, hallucinations, suicidal instincts, anxiety, delusions, panic caused by third parties, including the most stubborn depressions. On our knees and with hands joined, we do not separate our hands, otherwise we lose contact. Recite our Father several times throughout the day; ave Maria: glory to the Father. when useless thoughts disappear; that is the moment. Hello God the Father… and you tell him your problem, asking him for his intervention. The important thing is not to forget the help you receive. Prayers can be carried out out of necessity even when working or in a car; So don't forsake God!.

I have been working with independent senior living 5 years as a regional programs director, 8 years in social services/ case workers, and recently I was hired as a programs director in assisted living. I am so excited and I hope I can make a difference in the resident's life

A big need for more research in dementia/Alzheimers, so maybe a day, it would be possible to take medicine, to avoid it, and even cure it.

Talking about health and wellbeing is an overarching approach which I wholeheartedly support through an Older Peoples Network. I am also interested in small things making a big difference e.g. being able to make individual choices that make people feel empowered like being able to choose the colour of your front door!

An important event, I believe that we need to change our marketing techniques, many people do not know about available opportunities, unless you start involving community organisations, the message may be difficult to reach those who may benefit from this. J.P
