If the scene is simple enough and the walls are well separated, Unreal will handle the rest. In any case, we avoid using mirrors as much as possible because Lumen's reflections still have a lot of room for improvement. Having 'Hit Lighting for Reflections' and 'High Quality Translucency Reflections' enabled also helps.
