I filed an I-130 through an immigration lawyer to bring my husband to the USA from Egypt so that we can start our Iives together. Both the USCIS & NVC approved our application as of 4/26/24. He has no previous marriages and no children and a clean police record and is employed. What can we do to speed up the process. We've been married in Egypt since 8/25/22. We don't understand why legal immigration is so difficult when the USA allows millions to enter illegally and pays their way. Thank you for your recommendations.

Hi, I am a K-1 visa holder with k-2 (my daughter) our admission was last May this year, we got married last June this year. But as of today we are not filing our AOS- because we are getting all the vaccines that our surgeon requested for us to get, before she can proceed to do the paperwork, and also we have vaccines intervals for the jabs.
