After hard reset phone still ask for the pattern/pin, why is that?

this totally worked for me. After taking it to a place to get this done, and paying them to do it, and them keeping it for 2days, and then they "couldn't do it"...I came to youtube, YOU helped me get back into the phone. Thank you. ps: they never even offered my money back ...Heffers!!

Dude that’s the whole point of hard reset is to bypass google account to reset because people don’t know the password because they can’t get in… You no help just like the others wasting people time..
