Feels like watching an anti-Dune film where the machine become gods to the human. Human are just tools, and the machine use religion to force them to do their bidding.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who mentioned the old cancelled game huxley, still have the trailer in my memory pretty well, did this huxley ever get released as more than a small youtube vid??

"So the evil robot needs red eyes and spikes. How many though?" "Ill tell you when." Spoiler, they never told them when. But seriously this looked amazing.

Every time I see the name "Huxley" now I think of that awful social media couple who adopted a Chinese special needs Orphan then gave him away after they got content out of him. Social media influencers really show off the absolute worst that humanity has to offer.

That antagonistic robot looks so similar to the evil one from Dragon's Heaven anime. It's rare to see rectangular robot heads.

True fireworks of artistic talent! If this project would bend it's knee to the altar of progressive woke it would be generously funded overnight. Shows you the wretched reality of the world we live in...

It's that's an armored robot, why does it have fragile tubing in the front? The functionality and efficiency of the designs in this short are questionable.

The captive shot of the man going down the ropes perfectly following with them into the dark is a masterful shot. The cinematography looks amazing! How can this be accelerated or helped along?

There's a reason Ben Mauro is only credited as "Art Department." Lots of style in this "trailer" but tells me nothing about what the movie's supposed to be about.

this gives me strong implied aged of strife vibes, even if the connection to warhamer isn't overt the setting of a sci-fi apocalypse with AI overlords and a timeframe of "3000 years after the apocalypse" fits right in with the 5000 year long age of strife. the 5 man squad of soldiers with their distinctive armour profile and bright colours also has a heavy wargaming vibe. regardless, this is phenominal work, I could watch an entire series animated to this quality, exploring the setting
