For some reason my cutter is cutting the fine areas on one design very slowly. Lifting the blade doing repeated tiny cuts. Then double cutting a slightly larger area. I do not know what is going on.

I have just purchased one of these machines. I have loaded the driver and utilities programs. In Versawork my printer status is incomplete. Can you help me with this problem as I'm scratching my head unsure what is wrong?

How do you center and make sure the logos are straight on the item you’re pressing onto?

I've had my IQ 360 for a couple months now. A key decorating area for me is the mesh fabric on the side & back of trucker hats. I'm running getting my small, flat FlexStyle logo to adhere properly. They stick initially but are very easy to peel off. I don't want to ship to my customers having to worry about this. This video is a couple years old. Is there any update on using FlexStyle or is there a better product for adhering to mesh?
