So sorry for your loss. Rip dear Sarah. My late husband fight with cancer ended in 2020. He fought this dreadful disease for twenty over years. I watch him suffered and slowly slipping away. All those years going to doctors, hospital, radiation, chemo have drained me. Caring for him have left me depressed and bitter with life. Losing him was the most worst day of my life. I had to take him home to die, that was his dying wished. I understand what you are going thru. 😭

What a love story and your Christian mission

As I read the comments, I cry, I see so many stories of grief, to all of you who have shared, my deepest heart felt condolences to you all. Life is such a beautiful gift, our loved ones who come into our lives are blessings, to loose them too soon is tragic. My condolences to you on the loss of your wife. I understand your pain and sense of loss. I lost my beautiful wife of 25 years to brain cancer 8 years ago. My world went dark and I too, died from within on the day she passed. I just go through each day talking to her and closing my eyes and recalling beautiful memories of our life together. I know in my heart that when my time comes to cross the veil, she will be there to greet me and bring me home. I will be with her again. This time, forever.

My soul sister, Amy, died from ovarian cancer March 15, 2024. She chose to die at home with her husband, our friend Margaret, and me. It's what she wanted.

I am so sorry Timothy. I lost my sister last year to cancer, and there isn't one day that I don't miss her. I held my sister's hand until the very end, and I felt her give her last breath. I do believe she is by my mother's side sitting next to God smiling down on us. Take care of yourself. God bless.

The HOPE and PEACE we have even when we say goodbye to our loved ones here on earth. One day we will be reunited for an ETERNITY and a GREAT CELEBRATION will take place. Mother and brother in law did not let me have 5min alone with my wife before she died....and her brother stole her phone and her mother tryed to empty her bank account.... They failed big time and mother in law died sick, alone hated......
