I worked in Medora for the Theodore Roosevelt Foundation when I was a student at Valley City State University over a Summer. I was in a scratch gulf tournament with 4 people who were from South Africa who worked at Bully Pulpit. I was like the 5 starter on Mike Jordan’s teams who won the championships for the Chicago Bulls. We won the tournament, but I certainly wasn’t the reason why we won.

As a realtor one would expect you to know what the extra 3 holes are for. The three extra holes are practice holes that are walking only and allow a quick bit of playing if you don’t have time for a full 9 holes. A quick Google search would have told you this had you done some research before making the video.

Great informative video again. I have watch a few now, from the UK. Subbed and liked! We are looking to move to the USA with a few areas that seem to fit with what we are after. With Fargo, my son is interested in studying law, is there anything to meet this? 1 thing Fargo is missing for us is the beach 😢 everything else seems to be what we are after. I have been in business and property here in the UK so will want to start business in the US at some point, wife is a professional housing trainer tutoring housing professionals through their studies. She was also in social housing ‘neighbourhood manager’ for 10 years. It seems as though employment is pretty strong in Fargo and surrounding areas. Not sure on the best website for tutoring jobs though. Anyway if you could give some insight on the above that would be really greatly appreciated. Will continue to watch and learn more. Have a great day 😊

The colleges on the North Dakota side of the red river don't have law programs for Undergrads. NDSU is more focused on Agriculture, Engineering, Nursing. UND which is about an hour north in grand forks is where students study law. I do think Concordia Moorhead and MSUM in Moorhead have law programs

Curious about the comments that say FMWF is boring and lacks things to do. Did you watch the video? We moved here, moved away, and came back. The city can certainly feel like there isn't a ton to do, but that's kind of "on you." There are plenty of things throughout the year offered for whatever suits you. Across the spectrum of politics, (some) religions, interests, and hobbies, there are events and groups to keep folka engaged. FMWF is a fantastic place to live. There community-wide event calendars that are stocked with activities for families, singles, museum goers, music lovers, LGBTQIA+, and religious folks alike. Bummed to see the negative comments. Not sure what you think you're missing. Hope y'all figure it out and enjoy this rockin' community.

One thing you missed is that some of the students in Fargo actually attend West Fargo schools. The district line is approximately at the West Acres Mall for the school districts. I know this much because my address is Fargo, but my children attend the school in West Fargo. Also, depending on how far South you are in Fargo or even West Fargo, they may be in the Horace schools, which are still part of the West Fargo School district.

having lived in Fargo ND my whole life I may be able to add a bit here. We are not a diverse community but we have come a long way since the 1990s. this is probably a product of my job but when I travel I do notice things especially things like gender expression are more open than here in Fargo. That being said we also don't have the same history of say MSP and racial segregation. I have not heard any of the same complaints, not saying it doesn't happen, just if it does its not overt. Obviously ND is a consertive state and being a liberal you think I would hate it here. So long as I don't make politics a problem I have found most people willing to listen so long as you don't make a big fuss about things. I don't know if you would put that in a plus or minus category. I would say plus given the vast majority of encounters I have had are people who I would consider in moderate center, at last as far a conversation goes. That being said politics here, like every where else can be devisive epically if one party wants to make is so. As a gamer the cold never bothered me, it tend to stay inside. we bought our first home in 2019, got a $10,000 grant from the state. not planning on moving in the next 10 years. I found it affordable on our income, we are extremely middle class. Job market is always hot but tends towards low paying retail and restaurant jobs. Not saying we don't have other jobs but just because we have one of the lowest jobless rates doesn't mean we have a lot of wealth either. #1 reason I like Fargo: it is so boring here. Has a habitual follower of the news I can say that is a net positive.
