I think they had problems with the monitoring at this song. Axl doesn't sing on point and Slash fails at the easy slide-solo.

I think they're doing way too many shows and that he saves his vocals due to this. I recommend checking out his tour with Ac/DC in 2016. His voice is like the good old days there. Sounds amazing! There are several shows on youtube with him as the supporting vocalist for the band.

Se jubiló, más que todo es el estado físico de Axl, tiene 60 años. Sin embargó a diferencia de bee Gees, Axl no puede mantener mucho tiempo el agudo, y el problema es que ya la distorsion le cuesta mucho. Por eso todo lo asemejan a Mickey mouse
