Specifications Dimensions: Length 2200 mm, width 1250 mm, height 1250 mm Machine is manufactured with a metal box that is fixed on a four-wheel chassis It has the capacity to produce between 2000 kg to 3000 kg per hour of briquettes Main motor needs is 11 kilowatt, electric current of 380 volt @ 50 hertz To get the best results, the husk moisture should be between 30%-40%, with the optimum moisture for best results @ 35% The machine contains a chopper that cuts the briquette piecesautomatically. The briquettes are 220mm to 27 cm long cylinders with a 90mm diameter, or as desired. The briquettes are produced with a 16mm - 20mm holes along the length to help accelerate with the drying process The average moist weight of each briquette is about 1.8 kg, at the time it is produced After drying, the briquette is about 1 kg, and during the winter season, each briquette stays burning for 45 minutes and after burning completely, it produces heat for another hour at the minimum in open burners such as the chimney The burning briquettes do not produce any smoke or smells 1 kg of the briquette produces more heat than from the same weight of oak The optimum time to produce the briquettes is the beginning of June of each year (Mediterraneanweather). In other words, the optimum time is the beginning of Summer in the Mediterranean area or similar weather
