What could be the cause of the stutters? Don't know about 2D, but are you using MeshInstance2D instead of multiple nodes?

incredible work! i downloaded the blend file(to figure out how it works) and the rig is really really good but i am a beginner and dont really understand how it works. do you have any resources to get started on how your rig works? are there any tutorials on these spherical controls you use on your armature?

No resources for this, sorry. And it can be a bit hard to explain. But. Go into pose mode and unhide all bone layers. Get familiar which bones have 'deform' checked and which have not. Deform bones move the geometry, control bones only used for animation (or they move the deform bones, that is) - I've put 'stretch to' constraints to the deform bones, that's probably the most important thing here.

I animate the scale of the objects to zero and from zero for the other objects. Commotion add-on was used to help with offsetting of the scaling animations

Hi Manu - I bought this course a while back - it really good however my blender skills weren't to good then -so i am redoing it - will there be an updat to include the new look character - Happy New year ...love your work and your world :)

Oh gee, I forgot to reply this. Thank you for the comment - feedback is precious. There is the short Appeal-tutorial available in the course files. But, it's not much different than this: kzbin.info/www/bejne/fZDMcmihrJuKsM0 - The point is that you, in a way, should be able to update the looks of the character to be more appealing by yourself - that's what I thought, at least. When you add the new eyes, the looks improve quite a bit in my mind already. Thank you so much. Feel free to comment if you get stuck somewhere, I want to be able to help out! :)

- make sure you're on 3D cursor mode - duplicate the part with Shift+D - press R for rotation - feel free to type in some value (like in here 72 degrees to get 5 spokes evenly spaced) - click to confirm - Shift+R to repeat last command

That may be 4K alright, but that's an incredibly low bitrate; does KZbin allow more?

I noticed I had only 2500kbps in OBS, so - I think yes - but I don't probably stream in 4K anymore, it would require so high bitrate that the quality would still suck, I think. I'm boosting my OBS bitrate to 8000 and making FullHD then...

Great work😀. idk if you do fan requests about the popular zombie game TWD. The walking dead telltale series. but, I have a cool idea that is optional. I'm wondering if you'd be willing to make an apocalypse survival story animation about the male and female charactors from telltales TWD where they survive but are slowly killed one by one until Kenny is the only one left alive to fight at the end. Using the group led by Kenny season 2 model from steam workshop. And add in any other existing charactor models you find from telltales twd and have them taken out at random one by one until Kenny is the final survivor. Like an survival horror type animation . Using the telltale TWD charactors. Search up steam workshop:: the walking dead collection to find all the charactor models. Also if Kenny doesn't show up just search up Kenny player model.

Interesting question.... at the first glance it seems animation nodes is more about movement and sverchok more about mesh-editing.... but of course you can do both with both.... hard to say. I'm more familiar with Animation Nodes now though, not so much with Sverchok

@@Lattamonsteri Yeah I guess the best way is to just make tutorials exactly like they're taught. And then after something works, modify it a bit. It's really hard to get any good results by just randomly pulling up some nodes from the list and hope they would work...heh (tried that)

I'm new to rigging and was curious how this guy was rigged. I'm working on a game where the first enemies you fight are blobs like these and I'm lost on how the rigging works. Any tips?
