@ I’m actually continuing the series a different way! I’m not confident in my mlp style yet since im oddly more confident drawing mor semi realistic horses rather than cartoony. But, in may I have a video scheduled of mlp characters as centaurs! And I feel confident continuing the series that way!

I love finding artists that have delicious nummy art and watching the process of how they make it. It always interests me some of the techniques other artists use and how sometimes I can incorporate that into my own process! Especially if the art they make is really pretty or I find the character design interesting! :3 💜

I based the design off of the fact that she wasn’t originally an earth pony in gen 1. She actually was white and named surprise! , and in concepts for gen 5 she was also a Pegasus and stuff. Again I just liked this idea and went with it for my redesign, I know most people grew up with her as an earth pony and stuff. I did too. This is just a project for fun and stuff.

I took inspiration to give her wings because of her first generation design and the concepts behind gen 5 when they had the mane six still in mind for the main characters but they changed it up! Pinkie used to have wings when she was in g1, her name was surprise and she was white with purple balloons and stuff! She still is unable to fly because of how small her wings are with my design so she’s still essentially earth bound! I know some people may not like I gave her wings but I thought it was a cute callback to gen 1 and the concepts for gen 5! I know most people know her as an earth pony, even I grew up with gen 3 and 4! So I understand why some people may not like it or be confused why I gave her wings. But thank you for finding her cute!
