Thanks mate, that was beaut. I just found out today that my ancestors on my mother’s side came from Cellardyke Scotland to Australia around the 1850’s. It was good to see a little of their birthplace. Cheers 🍻

No I don't think they are but you can always remove the panels and add insulation. It doesn't bother me I have a diesel heater installed now for the cold winters. The van itself is pretty well insulated. I don't think you'll get 💯% perfect!

We didn't have a car back then! We were happy playing up the mountains, rivers and fields. We did hitchhike once to Portstewart that had a nice long beach ⛱️ Yea it reminded me of being in Perth WA gorgeous white sandy beaches 👍😊

Wow! I'm exhausted just watching you going in and out of all those campervan etc. but it was a lot easier than doing it myself. You showed a really good selection of units and I'm particularly pleased that you did a tour of the inside of the Barracuda which was the last caravan I owned. Still think the 2018 version was the best. Thanks so much for the experience. I really enjoyed it.😊

Londonderry definitely surprised me with its history and yes the sad part, not only Londonderry but to all of Northern Ireland over 30 years of conflict of which I grew up in. Coming from a Protestant background I felt the need to go down to the Bogside to see for myself. As hard as it was for me! Thank you ....😊

Such beautiful scenery. I especially loved the memorial garden in Omagh and the memorial at the site of the atrocity. Loved the journey from Omagh as the sun was going down. Thank you very much for the tour.

I kinda decided when I was in Dunbar. I just needed to get my meds in Berwick upon Tweed. Yea I arrived here 4 days ago on the 5th Sept. It was a calm crossing and sunny which made it a nice day! 😊

It was a lovely walk and perfect weather for it too. I love Highland coos too. They always seem so gentle, even with those horns. I liked the seal sculpture too.

@@gd4997 Wow that's a lot! It's become a very popular stopover! I was here a year ago Arthur scroll down my videos I think I have two about Hawick! I didn't actually go into the cafe I remember it was very busy at the time. Today I went for a walk around the park and the museum was boarded up I spoke to a couple and asked if it was closed 🔒 the said it's closed on a Tuesday open tomorrow lol so might go back I think it's going to be a nice day! I had a nice walk around the park after a large Scottish breakfast in Wetherspoons to burn off the calories 😷

Great video Mac. When we were there, maybe 2 or 3 days after you, the old shed you referred to was being used as a changing room by half a dozen or so young men and women. All together in the all together 😏😏 But its a great spot. We will be back.

That was a nice stopover place. Can't complain at £10 for a full day but that sounds like one of the most expensive places that you've stayed.

That was really interesting but scary. I remember living through that time when there was a real possibility that we'd be obliterated. We were given a booklet at school. One of the suggestions was that we take refuge under a table if a nuclear bomb was aimed at us!!!
