Stop scaring people. You know that the condominiums here in Florida were not up to standards being fully funded. You know that the collapse in South Florida had a lot to do with all of this. If they had fully funded and kept the maintenance up they would have saved all those lives! Shame on them for not keeping it structurally safe. I have lived in condos in Florida for 40 years and my husband is the President of the board. He keeps up on all structural and ground maintenance. Houses have huge bills. We owned 2 large homes and the homes are way more expensive to own. Move in a condo that is fully funded and has lots of money in reserves. We have our money earning interest that pays for some of our big projects. Read your docs before you move in!

What is the cost to replace a slider like this please?
@kennethkmet85076 ай бұрын
Wish I could give you an exact amount, but it really does depend on the existing frame, and what door quality you want. The range can be from $4,000 to 7,000 for hurricane rated, vinyl framed, insulated - AKA best product available, by a pro, with a permit. The window is only as good as its frame. If you have to do substantial improvements to that, wood, etc. that would be the top of that range. Hope that helps, all the best.

Thank you for sharing this information. I live in Florida and have not enjoyed much success with tomatoes. I am excited to learn about the wild Florida tomato and especially hearing that you can grow these naturally without the use of chemical pesticides. I would be very happy to purchase seeds if you have any available. Thanks again and I hope you will continue posting gardening videos.

Best place to get true seeds?
@condotube Жыл бұрын
Sadly, they are not commercially available. They have to be given by a friend or family, handed down as they say. I am doing my best to send a few seeds to all those who ask for them. They are part of my ministry website, so if you login and contact me, I can send those to you through that method. tutonious.com and if that doesnt work send me the address at [email protected] email. God bless you.

Not sure what you mean by "land race tomatoe"? The special thing about these are no large corporation owns the patent on the seed. They are truly wild, and just grow on their own. Cheers. :)

Will arm & hammer baking soda work after a PCP test as there are chemicals on the swab that I would want to remove inside my nose after the PCP test.
@condotube2 жыл бұрын
The "swab" thing is a real issue for some folks. I will never take one, unless I can be 100% assured there is no monkey business with it. So many false tests, you would think for social assurance they would make sure it is completely lagit. I cannot say for sure , and I won't unless I was sure it would. I also don't know how long it would matter, if you do inhale a virus and you swish afterwards, how long before it won't help. If you understand what I am saying. I just know this, when in doubt, use the nasal spray. That system of "just spray anyway" has worked for me.

@@condotube The hospital is making me take a PCR before a colonoscopy. Haven't had PCR before nor any cvd vax.
@condotube2 жыл бұрын
I believe PCR is to test for infectious diseases. Not sure how it is done. Don't believe it is respiratory related? It is different than the Covid swab test. I know there are clinics that allow collonoscopies that do NOT require a Covid test. Perhaps you should see if you have one near you that does. That might put you at ease.
@mrfixit87762 жыл бұрын
@@condotube just got the cvd test swab done. At first the lady asked if I want to do it...and when I was swabing she said I was doing it wrong and she did it. I had baking soda with me and 2 ear wax sticks which I applied afterwards baking soda with water and put it inside my nose. Hopefully I can find that saline nose spray to also cleanse those chemicals out. I'll see if Rite-Aid has them. Update: I just got the saline spray from Rite-Aid and sprayed right away... Hopefully I washed out any chemicals from the cvd nose swabs.

These are not times for pride and vanity. Humility is a sign God is in you, and His love. We must encourage, we must help where we can, even if its a smile when you don't feel like it, or when everyone around you is frowning. I felt doing this video would help others, and that call to "community love" (It's a phrase i have coined) was more important than anything. And if you had anxieties or fears, do NOT let them keep you from helping yourself and this important self care technique. This will not harm, you in any way. It is just salt and water. Its the mild pressure in the can that pushes the liquid up so it can "rinse" your nasal passage. That's it, so do NOT fear this at all. I actually use the one that has Eucalyptus before bed. It has a little bit of sting affect, but it passes quickly. And like in the old days when I was young my mother used to rub Vicks on my chest, and I would gently breath in its nose clearing affects, it reminds me of that. It does help me breathe. And lastly I will just say, also when I was sick, and young, and feeling a bit sorry for myself, my mother would give me a glass of water. I told her it wont help, I will be just as miserable. But when i did drink it anyways, it changed my mind from despair to hope, that just TRYING to get better and doing little things to help, it does help, even if its water. God bless you, and all you who have replied to this post. I truly hope with all my heart that it has helped and encouraged you. And I hope it has encouraged you to show some "community love" where you live. There are plenty of opportunities if you are aware and your heart is looking to help.

@@Lane72 We have to encourage and show community love. There are plenty of opportunities. Quick story... I shop at Publix grocery. One day about 2 months ago, I was waiting at the deli. The 2 people in front of me gave the guy such a hard time, it was really just awfiul. When it was my turn, before I gave him my order, with folks waiting behind me, I asked him how he was doing. I told him it would be ok, and we just shared a moment of encouragement. he was so taken by that act of kindness, he smiled, which I could tell he hadn't done it a while. He told me he would prepare my order and come back later. I shopped, and suddenly there he was, he brought my deli order to me, and placed it in my shopping cart, and just thanked me for being so kind. Every time I went to the grocery I looked for him to say hi, and wish him a great day. The other day while waiting for my deli order, there was a table there, with his picture on it and flowers. I asked, and they explained he had died from a hit and run accident. I grieved. His family needed money, and so I donated some. I will miss Anthony. The world will miss him. Each day is a gift. Life is a gift. Let us not take it for granted. Show some community love when you can, while you can. It matters more than we think or know. It mattered to Anthony more than I know, I know this now. Love is powerful, and so needed. It starts with us. God bless you.

#1 Artifact digging shovel(although I prefer a wooden handle). If kept sharp(I carry a small file), it will chop through 4” oak tree roots, with only a few blows. Only disadvantage is that after using one, you might feel helpless when handed a pointed shovel.

No internal inspection of the cylinder? Filled the cylinder with mixed chemical? Puts Lube on the valve stem seat? Used the same adapter to discharge as he did too re-pressurize so the powder left in the adapter coats the valve stem and makes it leak? No leak test?

For the amount of time he kept rubbing his pinky in the control head over and over and over, he should have shined a light inside the cylinder to check for corrosion and should have checked for leaks after recharging. Mr. Know-it-all missed the entire point of a 6 year then didn't check for leaks to make sure the fire extinguishers will still be operable after a couple weeks.

This is a quote from a study "Post-hoc secondary analysis of data from our recent Edinburgh and Lothians Viral Intervention Study (ELVIS) pilot randomised controlled trial (RCT) indicates that hypertonic saline nasal irrigation and gargling (HSNIG) reduced the duration of coronavirus upper respiratory tract infection (URTI) by an average of two-and-a-half days. As such, it may offer a potentially safe, effective and scalable intervention in those with Coronavirus Disease-19 (COVID-19) following infection with the betacoronavirus Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) [1]."
