Very interesting tour! Truly wish more of the building interior's were visable to the public. Afterall, the Emporer's and their famiies have long stopped using them. Even if the interior's were not in the best condition, they are still treasures and would be so interesting to see.

I want to go or on Sunday April 28 (which is a make-up working day) or on Tuesday April 30 (one day before golden week starts, maybe also already crowded this day?) ... which day would you advice? And would you advise to start the day with flag rising ceremony, then Jingshan Park and then Palace Museum? or skip Jingshan (do on other day) because otherwise the line for entering Palace Mueum will become to long?
