The money is glorious because i get overtime with no breaks and call offs. Im going to try to move to pharmacy technician apprenticeship.

My GM schedules 5-6 ppl in the morning. EVEN HAVING TRANSFERS. Ones his husband the other from the store he was previously working. Theres ome closing manager not including my one closing shift and the GM closes once a week. Its just her and 2 high-schoolers and sometimes just one person. I work a early ass mid shift and im leaving a OVERNIGHT JOB. WTF.

When i started the store was barley coming out of a dark place and i was just thrown on the floor stocking shelves and doing E-learning. One day another shift lead asks if i could cover her shift. Mind you it hasnt even been a week yet and i barley know anything or anyone. With the Ego and experience being a GM and shift lead its all the same just different procedures and systems. That night i called them so many times and anyone barley answered 😂😂. The girl i was working with said i was sitting in the office for hours and i barley did anything. I WAS ASKING HER FOR HELP ALL NIGHT SHES BEEN THERE ALMOST A YEAR. I still get trained on the fly when somthing pops up or sombody wants to show me somthing.

My store has a crazy turnover rate because they hire everybody. ( friends family couples) and the store maneger doesnt communicate well, sombody told him i was listening to music and podcasts. (It was a hr b4 close and i was counting safes and had to go up front for the csr) One day i came in and had a VERY oddly specific message on the walkie talkie to all store employees. Like only one person has been really rocking out when im putting truck up, or in the cooler. I dont when its MY shift or we are busy and im constantly talking to customers. It was around election day and me and a coworker were just peacefully chatting about what was going on. Most likely that SAME sombody told him i was listening to a podcast. ( my headphones died and the Joe Rogan trump interview juustt released) She told the GM me and another another shift lead were talking about politics. I know now i shouldn't have done any of that at all, but i didnt know people ACTUALLY get mad or upset about political views.

1700, 1800, 1900 and 2100 are not leap years, but 1600, 2000, and 2400 are leap years. I've tried but it wasn't working for me. Only 400,1600 shows a Leap year to users!
