The classical amber accord contains vanillin already, so saying amber and vanilla in a perfume is usually superfluous. Notes are decided ultimately by marketing based on input from the perfumer. I would not imagine cedarwood was removed, even if not listed. Cedarwood oil is very, very cheap and an excellent discreet fixative for many accords. I'm sure it's still there if it was used in the original.

Bought a vintage 2008--2010 bottle non magnetic; Longevity is about 1,5 hours before coming a subtle skin scent. Is this normal? expected to have better performance overall...

@@Lamulaa the skin chemistry varies. But Jubilation is not a projection monster. Mostly a close skin scent. It’s better in colder weather

May be slight hint. But promise is different level. LV ON is similar to TF Tuscan leather. Fruity leather

Quorum has been in my collection for over 15 years, and have 2 backup bottles. A gorgeous tobacco woody perfume and I love it. Inspite of having around 200 perfumes i always somehow reach out for this beauty. Though its a winter fragrance I have worn it in every season. Definitely for a matured man over 30+.

Fascinating to watch! I didn’t know getting into perfume could be a hobby?? How did you learn about it? I only get one perfume a year. And I mark time and memory like that. I have strong associations with the scents so the spent bottles and what little is left tap into my memory instantly. I’d love to hear your thoughts on the topic. Hi HM!. All started since I was a kid. Really loved various natural scents and the experience evolved and mature. Now appreciate the sense of smell. Started collecting since 2010. Scents can stimulate certain areas of your brain and can really attach to moments… xerjoff richwood is a nice santal wood perfume.
