Nice car and equipment no doubt but that body combo is 😳🫣🤭🤢🥴. New round front with old square top and then shortened in the rear 🤦🏼looks like that part of the build was done either in the dark or items were picked from a bag 🤷🏼

😂 Although I have never seen Kelly only make one change, before a feature...😁
@TheCrewChief3743 жыл бұрын
I believe that I recall at least one time back in 1999 or 2000, Kelly loaned Jason an engine. Of course, another time could have been at Oskaloosa in 2002. When we were swiping engines at least five or six times. Between Kelly and Jason during the Friday night race. On top of that I recall going to Vanderberg's shop to straighten the left rear rearend tube after getting tee-boned by the 112 car coming out of turn two, on Friday night during the feature... Although the thing that should be asked if Kelly remembers after a race at Fayetteville Arkansas. Swapping rides with Jason to hot lap each others car after the feature. Because that did happen, since I was there working with Kelly. When they did that, with Jason's swing arm car and the Pierce four bar/Z link car.

Would love to see the z link make a come back, I have lots of notes from my fathers early 2000 notebooks on how to tune on that setup haha
@TheCrewChief3742 жыл бұрын
@@ChasteenRaceMedia Oh, I am sure you do. Since I remember watching him when I would be working with Mr. Kelly Shryock and even before 2002. When I was working with other teams and drivers at big money races, that I would see your dad at.

Hi! Reason why a shock absorber with reservoir is soft after it is hot, is the oil of poor quality or is there another reason? Thanks.
@racetechinfo13 жыл бұрын
Usually it is oil quality, but if the shock is an Extreme tie down shock it will get hotter faster.
