The Slipknot song - XIX samples this, right? Hahaha, it's absolutely the same, just with the tempo slowed down, which makes the sound wobble, and some added arrangements... I find it strange that no one has ever said anything about it

I'm playing the remaster right now and after entering the Human Citadel I just knew the music was somehow familiar... Like this itch I just couldn't scratch, knew it was Slipknot, just couldn't remember the right song. Thank you for aiming me in the right direction! Oh, and now that I think of it, amazing choice of source material by Slipknot. Fits their style perfectly.

This soundtrack and game are iconic. I remember buying this on a whim, not realizing how much the game would change my entire gaming experience. To be alive during its remaster is something i never thought i would see.

Fun fact: Tomb Raider Legend has blade from Soul Reaver. Which makes both universe canon.

There’s also the fact that Kain and Raziel are dlc characters for one tomb raider game. They recycle dialogue from previous games instead of making original dialogue however, and the defiance models trying to fit on the animation skeletons for that tomb raider game don’t exactly work right.
