As a kid I always thought that Wizard was transformed Iron Man and Ultron was transformed Vision until some time later I've learned of them being their own characters. Genesis version further made it clear for me. I mostly had DC comics, so at the time my knowledge of Marvel mostly came from games and cartoons.
