@@Passajero yes we go there every year the last 8 years; we'll go again this year but for less days.. and if that continues unfortunately we'll stop going... it's not vacation (for us) to be anxious if you'll find a space in the beach or you should make reservations...

@@smith2186 i had spinal cord compression thru a doc who is specialised on tht. The whole spinal cord even the neck. After that the acute pain was gone. I dont get the bulge question sorry..

Once in Greece, forever in Greece. I am Greek and can’t be fair with my judgement abt this country I love so much. I live here and will die here. It’s the simplicity, the language, the history, the brains, the sky, the food, the scenery, the clouds, the smells, the monuments, the beaches…the the the….😎 I am not a pro videographer but this island for me reminds me my youth and great great times there. All you see on this video is purely love and passion abt this tiny island. I’m so glad you discovered our beautiful country Kiko….wishing you to come over here forever my man. Nothing compares to Greece indeed. There's one more reason: the people. Filoxenia is more than just hospitality, it's a joy in receiving the outsider, and I feel that every time I go to Greece I am Brazilian but I live in San Francisco and I would move to Greece tomorrow if I could, even knowing about the political and economical problems, the unemployment, etc. The fact is that I feel more at home in Greece than I feel in my own home country. It started 11 years ago when I first visited; I fell in love and now I watch the movies of Theo Angelopoulos and Yorgos Lanthimos, read Constantinos Kavafis and Nikos Kazantzakis and have 20 Rebetiko CD's in my phone; I listen to Markos Vamvakaris and Giorgios Dalaras and Mikis Theodorakis, but also the Villagers of Ioannina City I just came back from 2 weeks in the Mani, which is a magical place and I am already planning my next trip to Greece, probably to Karpathos. But after this video, who knows, maybe I'll see you soon in Koufomisia.

Its never late mate! Welcome and I am glad you liked the video. It is a video I did for my love of this place when there were no drones at all back then. Today is totally different situation. I do not understand which is the "ai Vasilis" area you mention but the whole islands around there (inc Koufonisia) in Small Cyclades are very rich in archaeological findings. Google and find the movie act Keros Island and the excavations being done there for more than 20 years from the University of Cambridge and Sir Colin Renfrew. The findings are unbelievable around this whole area!!! There was a recent article in Newsweek art it...have a look....magnificent Greece ....:-)

I can't understand it but I am so glad others can see it this way,,,:-) I was waiting two weeks for the winds to calm down and was thinking the flight of the drone. 4 x batteries burnt, one morning, with a full manual DJI Phantom 2 (full manual!) and a night with friends and drinks on the best beach bar of the planet capturing 1200 raw astrophotos on a robotic 3D arm which was moving some mm the camera after the shot was taken for the next shot for the Timelapse of the MilkyWay as the ending scene of the saga.....:-)

Passajero I'm only saying what i see. Nothing more. Also shallow waters there. Good for kids but takes a lot of walking against the water 'till you're reaching no bottom.This can be tiring especially if you consider that you're supposed to be on holidays where no stress is around. It's Ok though sailing from Naxos for a couple of day trips and back again.

Personal views and opinion are always welcomed my friend but tastes are different from person to person as you may know well. Enjoy Naxos which is similarly a great place to visit which we all love too...;-)
