Great rebuild! I have 03' Hornet 900, what a bike! I am frustrated to find out if there is rubber seal or O-ring in the grove aroung the filter, exactly on air box housing enterance, where the lid is going on to cover the hole?? Can you help me find out? Thanks in advance

Wow it looks like new! Great job with cleanin. How and what did you use to clean the alu rear swing and footpeg holders? Enigine as well 😂 I have tryed to wash but it nearly get so clean as yours 👏🏻👏🏻 I need tips

Hello, I have one from 2003; wonderful bike, but unfortunately the exhaust fumes return to my back. You mounted two curves at the silencer outlets, I wanted to ask you if you solved the problem and where did you buy them. Thank you very much.

Those are just cheap muffler tips from auto parts store. I think it is slightly better, but I still smell fumes when in stop and go traffic...

@@maroshek19 Only reason why I am not considering this bike. Is this a USA problem, where are you from? I heard changing exhaust to aftermarket usually solve the problem.

@@CptSlow89 this bike was burning oil, previous owner must have abused it or something. But it ran perfectly fine, no breakdowns, super reliable. I got rid of it when I hit 80000 miles... It is perfect bike for country riding, but it stinks in the city. I never had aftermarket exhaust so I can't tell...
