That Ice End 💀 Yeah, maybe try taking a little less deaths. Going slower sometimes is faster in the end, since strats that save a few seconds are only worth it when they're not a lot harder. Otherwise, GG on sub 1:20!

@@matgeo64 I see. I only asked bc I have an idea for a route change but idk if it'd be beneficial. It could work for both 90 and 76, and it's basically just doing the side flip thing in ow2 to skip to b2 and unlock ow3 early for potentially faster stars

Pretty sure it's actually called rainbow ride buddy. And you only need 50 Stars to go there. For Sky Fort it would be 70 :)

Hi mat, just wanted to tell you in my 1:25:01 run, I unintendently clipped through a wall in a pretty bs way. In C6 after 32 Stars. It might save quite some time on the red coin star. I doubt it's consistend (idk) but you can look it up if you want

Oh wow, you already put a lot of effort in strats in this game and you're still improving them? Also it's kinda funny to me that you search my runs for faster strats. I startet Dreamscape on 18th April. But anyway, GL on future runs

It's not that bad, the trick is to c-right twice before grabbing the star to get a decent camera angle, and then after falling down by the cave entrance, just hold directly up to enter. Toughest part is grabbing the star and landing back on the noteblock. I try to tap stick up 4 times super fast and that seems to get me close enough to the star to grab it and still fall down to the noteblock

You can blj off of one of the metal bars into the blue cave entrance, it's hard to find an angle though but I found a texture reference on the wall behind it to remember

If you use the shy guy at the start to float over to the yellow mushroom, you can warp on it and then do a kick to immediately warp back. It takes you to a quicker spot

Once you get the angle down for the clip it wouldn't be too hard I would guess, the tricky part is going neutral before landing, because otherwise mario will just clip out again through the back. probably worth messing with though, I bet you could get it consistent
