The issue might be related to the versions of Gradle and Flutter. For a successful run, ensure you are using: Flutter: 3.24.0 Java: 17 Gradle: 8.7 Kotlin: 1.9.24 If you’re using Android, these versions are essential. For web, ensure your .env file has the correct API/Token. Also, check for uninitialized late variables, as they could be causing the error. When cloning the project from the provided Git link, use the web setup with the required changes in the .env file as shown in the video. For Android devices, if you face issues, downgrade to: Flutter: 3.24.0 Java: 17 Gradle: 8.7 Kotlin: 1.9.24 This should resolve the issue!

live-server --port=8000 this command in my terminal is not working why is that. i have followed all the steps that you said in the video.but it showing like this live-server : The term 'live-server' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program. Check the spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again.
