It goes to a cimplete stop if spent primers is seated or if primers is not seated in a correct way

I suggest that you add a punch to drive the shell through a carbide die to full length size after decapping for a 2 step prep operation basically free ...

That machine is only able to decap cases from .308 to 9 mm. Another machine made by me can decap and resize cases look on my web site www.gbo-reload.com

9x19 is a tapered case. So how do you size a cone by pushing it into a cylinder?
