39:23 this was exactly what Joey did at Darlington to Byron. Y'all need to quit sucking off JL because he's no saint. Sent Byron into that wall not with the intent to make the corner, but rather to use Byron's brakes as his own. That's the precedent on the track that's been set

Why watch glorified golf carts race?
@tnrod413803 ай бұрын
Yes it was rigged. After watching since 2001, I’m officially done with NASCAR. Fixing the outcome disgusts me.

Yeah the finish of the race was a terrible call on Nascar, but Larson was the fastest car on the track and Reddick wasn’t catching Larson on the last lap anyways

Hybrid racing is like watching a hardwood plank warp on a cool day. EV racing is more like watching a hardened bolt warp at Antartica, but twice as painful. How many wheel chair bound physicists do they think exist to give them a paying audience ?
@mikesuahtla98263 ай бұрын
Don’t give into the woke fuckwits. EV race cars will destroy motor racing. Hydrogen fueled cars maybe, very dangerous but a much better option then EV ffs We will still be driving combustible engine cars for at least another 60 years. Mars might have antigravity cars but we won’t with the populations we have on earth lol

SVG was on course to sweep the weekend until Briscoe took him out. I was gutted coz he finally looked like he had a decent car.
@mintoxace55713 ай бұрын
In last years race SVG set the three fastest laps of the race, with the fastest being over 8 tenths faster than the next fastest car. I wouldn’t write him off in Cup yet either. 😊
@mintoxace55713 ай бұрын
I think if SVG gets an equal car to the others he will win, but the Kaulig/Trackhouse cars he’s had since he won in Chicago last year have all had mechanical issues.

This is an excellent point, the trackhouse performance has not been consistent this season which will play a factor in the race for sure! Thanks for watching!

.... is Nascar Cup missing something, why is it dull @ times ? ....... Xfinity are on a winner ... the SVG factor .... has become the " GO2 " Happy pill, because of his current winning status .... PR Dream ... Back 2 Back ...... look out ' Ovals ' ..... the fans are lapping up the SVG Show, as for the rest of the Nascar Events, their optics & fan desire appears to be unmoved with no notable Cup racer surging to break the stranglehold of apathy ..... Maybe SVG should remain in Xfinity & grow the Revenue stream for that series. Sponsors are wanting a piece of the pie. SVG is a winner. SVG is now driving a high numbers game Vs what is currently available & the people want a slice of his Dreams.

Not quite true about Josh Berry guys. His crash into Cam Waters vent his steering arm which cause it to fail when Cam was in 13th and had the strategy to be 2nd at the end of the race. In fact both Will Brown and Cam Waters were in the top ten or just outside it when their cars failed.
@jsmr4514 ай бұрын
Yeah everyone seems to have missed how well they were actually running. They started quite a way back and both at different times ended up as you said just outside the top 10. Impossible to predict since so many things can happen, but there was a good chance both finish well inside the top 10, of not top 5.
@mintoxace55714 ай бұрын
SVG did do the tyre force test in a cup car a couple of months ago at Sonoma, but yes you are correct he’s never done it in the xfinity car and it’s a total different beast to the Cup car. He’s so good at adapting. :)

Not sure you would have to pay to watch Supercars, although maybe live you do. Almost all Bathurst races are available on U Tube free of charge.....from the original Armstrong 500 ( 500 miles ) to the first Bathurst 1000 ( 1000 klm / approx 600 miles ).....the first race to outlaw a single driver for safety reasons with 2 drivers per car being mandatory. This race probably called The Hardy Ferodo 1000 or something similar. lol The Bathurst races or highlights are all you really need until the latest race is added to U Tube. The Bathurst 500's and early 1000 's are my favourites , even though very rough black n white film. Real super fast road cars we could buy from a local dealer racing on the untainted road......super dangerous and only for the very brave and talented. To witness a heavy family car do a back flip over the humps at the end of Conrad Straight was special as was seeing a Falcon GT flying over the guard into the trees at the top of the mountain, and another being cut in half as it rolled down the armco fence after being spat out by " the dipper " ( our version of the cork screw ). All 3 drivers survived in perfect health or minor cuts and abrasions. lol The current track has been hamogenised and sanitised to please the Anti Racing Police.

Thanks fellas. As an ex-Kiwi/Aussie I appreciate your generosity towards our drivers. There is a strong rivalry between Aussies and Kiwis in all sports, and some very competitive individuals. Shane has always said he just loves driving, and when you combine that enthusiasm with his freakish talent, we may have only seen the beginning of what he's capable of in the US. And maybe we'll get a rebirth of NASCAR in Australia with the huge interest that Shane and others are attracting to the sport.

Don’t worry guys, in Australia we know it’s not easy even if it’s just turning left, we just know SVG is extremely talented so we believe he could really do well once he gets comfortable. Brodie Kostecki is another guy from Supercars who could do well in NASCAR too if he gets the chance. It’s fun watching all the races either way. Cheers for the video. 😊

I am hoping that next year the number #91will be replaced with the number #97. Choice one fella's. Great show.. I believe Trackhouse and SVG will be on a winning formula next year 2024 if Shane runs in all 3 Nascar Series racing ovals in Truck and Xfinity with maybe some selected Ovals and all Road and Street Courses in Cup. I predict full time in Cup Series 2025 for Trackhouse in #97 Camero. I also might predict SVG Nascar Cup Series Champion for 2027 👍👍

Here on Australia, we race on a lot of street tracks in various cities around the country. Every city loves it, and can't wait for the circus to come to town. People travel from all over for the races & bring in a lot of money for local businesses throughout the cities. I hope Nascar expand it to a few more cities each year. They generate a lot of money for the cities. For example, the first race at Townsville generated nearly $20million We also have the Formula 1 show come here each year on a street course in the city of Melbourne. A great show each year. But you guys are right about 'Gizzy'. It would have been a completely different story if it had been an oval track for his first Nascar race. He even said so himself, in one of his post race interviews. He's driven a lot of different types of cars around the world. He will adapt. Expect to see him over there in 2025 with a full time drive. Cheers guys.

When Marcos Ambrose made it into the Cup Cars driving the Toyota, it was clear that Kyle Busche was the quickest on the ovals and Marcos the quickest on the road tracks....... but neither won the title. Then Marcos went to Petty and found himself in a much SLOWER CAR...... but still almost a second quicker on the road tracks. Kyle Busch was still the quickest on the ovals...... but still no titles. The real race starts with only 10 laps to go.......use the early race to gauge track speed , fuel burn and tyre life. Use the last 20 to 10 laps to get position. Then use the last 10 laps to win...... basically what SVG did and how he has won 3 Supercars Championships. In his early days, SVG was quicker than everyone in a small team and the quickest ever on a wet track....... but he couldn’t win a championship until he slowed down a little. Now he wins on dirt ovals, drifting, endurance races, sports cars and everything else as well as V8 Supercars. Not that many years ago he jumped into a Le Mans type sports car and set a new lap record on the final lap to win the race. The faster you race, the quicker your tyres go off and the more fuel stops you need...... not to mention wear and tear on the suspension, steering , diff, gear box and all the bushes etc. Winning drivers pace themself until the final sprint starts. lol
