I loved seeing your reaction to Sea Smoke getting a new rider. I've read the books and watched a couple fan theory videos that talked about Adam of Hull becoming Sea Smoke's rider, so I was aware this would come. I still loved it and really enjoyed this episode. I think everyone has grown tired of the Daemon Herynhall storyline. I am hoping this latest set of visions with his brother may be the beginning of him straightening his mess out, and maybe moving on from there. Haven't watched the next episode yet, hopefully in the next couple days I'll get around to watching it.

Je comprends, il y pas beaucoup de vidéos réactions à cette série et et je pense que les audiences sont plutôt limitées rien à voir avec la série mère. En tout cas j'ai beaucoup aimé ce début de saison après avoir vu 3 épisodes, je la trouve déjà meilleure que la saison 2.. C’est vraiment génial de voir ce let’s play, c’est un tel classique que c'est un peu anachronique de voir quelqu'un le découvrir réellement pour la première fois en 2024, c’était mon jeu préféré quand j'étais enfant donc c'est passionnant 😄 Ton combat contre Gohma était particulièrement épique, je me souviens avoir galéré comme pas possible aussi la première fois, j'étais même terrifié par l’ambiance très lugubre de la salle, et c'était aussi une grosse satisfaction quand j'avais enfin réussi à la battre. C'est pour ça que je trouve le let’s play génial, c'est super de retrouver un peu l’expérience de ce jeu que la grosse majorité des joueurs connaissent très bien aujourd'hui. Pour y aller de mon petit conseil, y a globalement plusieurs manières de tuer les ennemis, t'auras toujours plusieurs options d’armes à disposition pour les battres, mais je te conseille de penser à utiliser le bouclier quand tu verouilles un ennemi avec la visée Z. Ça aurait rendu tes combats contre les spectres plus simples dans ce donjon par exemple, et ça deviendra de plus en plus un indispensable. En tout cas, bonne découverte de ce jeu qui encore loin d'être terminé 😄

I think I brought this up before, but Endeavor's end goal here isn't quite redemption, but atonement. He knows full well that he treated his family horribly and wants to make up for it, but (and this is _very_ important,) he is *NOT* seeking their forgiveness. He clearly said as such in the previous season. But even if he didn't, the narrative made it pretty clear that he burned that bridge long ago, no pun intended. He can't erase his past actions, he knows it, and he's choosing to live with that fact, public opinion be damned. It's what makes his character arc so fascinating, IMO. On a related note, I think that's also part of the reason why Hawks wants to help him. As we learned in the previous episode, he also grew up under a shitty, abusive father (who, ironically enough, ended up getting arrested by Endeavor). He probably saw the similarities between the both of them and recognized that Endeavor is at least making an effort to better himself as a person, so he's lending him his support. Well, that's my own take on it, anyway.

Tip: if you feel you're not progressing in an area of the dungeon, just leave it for later and go to another area. Usually you can resolve a puzzle by resolving others in another area (inside the same dungeon, of course)

In a few episodes, the quality will drop. A lot of it has to do with the network forcing them to reveal the killer, but it starts to pick back up in the end, and the finale is one of my favorite parts of the series. Love all that comes after.

As platformer myself who has played Super Mario, Donkey Kong, Hollow Knight and many others, Celeste was quite a challenge. It makes me glad to see others play Celeste and enjoy it despite it's criticism that it's too hard. By the way, Celeste just keeps on going, even after the game is over there are so many levels that have been added so much harder, and when those are over there are so many levels that creators have made and modded, impossible levels.

Congrats on completing main story! Huge achievement especially for non-platform players, you'll definitely remember this moment for a while. Proud of you pushing through - as the game said: You can do this.
