Make sure you activate touch controller too, do not hide it.

As far I concern R1 & R2 is the one that not working, on mine as well. The cause are unknown.

You need to activate the on screen controller when in game

Turn on your Wireless Controller, and wait until green light show up, it's mean the controller was successfully connected with IB.
