No, this is done at a local shop who specializes in vinyl/3m wraps who did this for us. Most dealerships however have the capability to do this as tint & wrap shops are becoming more and more popular and available for these kinds of jobs. Go ask your local dealer and they should be able to help you with any custom wrap job!

The taillights are stock. They are covered with a tinted 3M paint protection film. Ask your local dealer about getting them "wrapped" or "blacked out" and they will know what to do and who to send you to. Hope this helps!

The Ioniq 6 has a TON of room! being a sedan with the same wheel base as a 8 passenger SUV, what more can you want out of a car? Maybe the SUV Ioniq 5 version would serve you better.

@@POVCarReviews Ioniq 6 only has 11.2 cubic feet of cargo room, which is about the smallest of all EVs. A 2016 Ioniq has more than double that amount of cargo space. The 5 has just over 27. 2023 Kona EV has nearly 24. The 6 is completely not practical at all.

This is why I did not buy the Renaul Austral. I hate "Gear shifters" on/behind the stearing wheel or and on touch screens. All that wasted space for dual wireless charging.

I have the 2024 Hyundai Kona with the same touch screens as this, it's super responsive and it has one charging pad but you can disable it if desired

Well, you're going to have a hard time in the next coming years finding a vehicle you like then as almost every manufacturer is switching to a shift by wire style column or push button shifter. With anything, change comes and by doing this it fres up more space for things like wireless chargers, cup holders and just more room in general.

Agreed, but they took the DCT out of it as a lot of ppl who had it didn't know how it was going to feel and felt like something was wrong with the shifting etc. Nothing was "wrong" it's just different then a conventional transmission. A bigger engine like the 2.4L with the DCT would have alleviated a lot of the issues these ppl were complaining about i think too.

Most dealerships should be able to offer this now. We use a 3rd party company down the road from us for all of your custom wraps/vinyl applications. If you're town/city has someone who does car wraps, then the dealership should be bale to work something out with them

I know this a somewhat old clip but I thought I’d add my knowledge. You can actually get the menu to change the setting though the menu button on the steering wheel.

Depends if it has the bigger touchscreen or not. Anything above a 8" touchscreen cannot be accessed from the steering wheel.

Now, does it stop dead or just go really slow after 80%? Typically, EV's will charge quickly up to 80% and then the last 20% can take as long or longer then the first 80%. I wouldn't recommend charging to 100% all the time as it will kill the overall lifespan of the battery quicker. Charge ONLY up to what you can get away with for daily driving, as low as a % as possible to still comfortably make it home. If it stops dead at 79% and will NOT take anymore charge, I'd go make an appointment with your local service dept. to make sure all is working as it should be. You do have a 8 year/160,000kms warranty on the battery

Yes, when you lease, you technically rent it for a period of time from the manufacturer. If you lease a Hyundai, Hyundai finance and you are both on the bill of sale. You are restricted to a certain amount of kms/miles a year but it gives you more flexibility nearing the end of your lease. You can return it, lease something new or walk away from the lease when you are done the term set out at the beginning of the contract. This is great for businesses and for those who like to drive a new vehicle every few years as you don't get caught in the negative equity trap. Lease rates are sometimes lower then financing rates, depends on the vehicle, term, money down and brand really.

This was done by a local 3rd party company, not from factory. Your local area will have someone who does wrapping and 3m applications to do this as well.

Go to SETUP, go to CLUSTER, and then you will find the drive modes. Deselect "LINK TO DRIVE MODE" and at the bottom it will show "theme 1, 2 & 3 as well as CUBE" hope this helps!

It was a demo, made to be driven daily by service customers and managers, We always detail them before we sell them. If you dont want ANY dirt on a vehicle, buy a model in the showroom ;)

Nailed it! For the money, you cant beat the features and quality of the Palisade. We own a Range Rover, Porsche, Audi and Volvo store and lots of vehicles that are $100K+ don't have the same features as the Calligraphy Palisade does.

When using DHBC there's a grinding noise (2020). Does it use a parking brake for this feature? How does it actually limit the speed?

iT WILL AUTOMATICALLY ENGAGE THE BRAKES ( NOT PARKING BRAKE ) TO HOLD THE VEHICLE AT 8KM/HR ON STEEP INCLINES. YOU MIGHT NOTICE SOME VIBRATION BUT GRINDING NOISES ARENT COMMON. ID GO GET THE SYATEM CHECKED AT YOUR LOCAL HYUNDAI DEALER TO MAKE SURE ALL IS RUNNING AS IT SHOULD BE.

why always titles with "hidden" or "secret" functions when everything can be read in the manual. Sometimes you shouldn't just sit in the car and think you know everything, but read through the manual first, or at least skim it.

Pretty awesome tech. I just wish the transmissions weren’t junk. I have a Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy Edition that I purchased with only 113miles on it that currently has less than 5000 miles. Ever since the first time I drove it I’ve thought the transmission feels strange. I feel the transmissions in the Palisade are inadequate for the vehicle. I feel the transmissions are cheaply made, and shoddily designed. I have zero confidence that they have the strength, endurance, reliability, and structural integrity that customers paying premium prices desire, and deserve. I’m not going to return it, because it was a gift, but I would rather have a better drivetrain. For the price I would have bought something far better.

what exactly is wrong? Has it ever left you on the side of the road? Curious as every Palisade owner around here in Canada I've talked to loves it. Maybe your Palisade was built in a different factory cause that seems strange. If its so bad, go to the dealership and get them to check it out. Might be a software update or maybe you just got a faulty transmission. They are after all, just machines made by humans. Even NASA has mechanics, so maybe its just a minor warranty issue that will be fixed at no charge to yourself. Just cause one vehicle has a minor issue, doesn't mean EVERY vehicle will. Best of luck and hope you get to end up enjoying your Palisade!

Genesis is apart of Hyundai which gave me the worst problems I ever had in a car period and would tell anyone who values there time and money to stay away from Hyundai and Kia. If it comes from a dealer or the factory it in fact is not custom. That is an option on the vehicle any one can get. Just using the word custom 5,800 times doesn’t make it actually custom
