All jobs have performance goals. There was no way his locker was flipped for not meeting performance like summoners, etc. this is a wild exaggeration and there’s gotta be more to the story. The bosses run the job. Of course they’re going to be consequences because they want to encourage activity and enforcement. Police officers have a lot of discretion and frankly many of them don’t want to be active. NYPD is the greatest police department in the world for a reason.
