Interesting. But I'm confused. So let's say people become followers and even subscribe to receive email notifications every time I publish a new article (because they love my content in my main niche of mental and physical health and wellness. If I post a new article about something completely different, won't they still receive that notification with the new article link posted? For example, a post about tech? I'm just afraid if people receive my new articles about topics they aren't interested in and they then un-follow. But if the algorithm knows how to push the right things to the right people, maybe I'll branch out after all. Thanks!

Total scam, and a well-documented one at that. They continued charging me even after I cancelled my subscription. Seems that's common practice, according to 100% of the Trustpilot reviews. The real question is how they've managed not to be shut down given that it's common knowledge they are a scam. And why are so-called "trusted" platforms like EU Remote Jobs and LinkedIn still working with them/advertising them? If you have a spare moment, please report/flag/complain about IAPWE ads/posts wherever you can to help try and shut them down.

O. My. Freaking. God. Zulie Rane uses AI to write articles? I could vomit. The darling of Medium uses Chat GPT? Why not just have a million Medium users use Chat GPT to write articles for each other? Why not replace Tony Stublebine with a robot that also does windows and floors? Crank out those AI articles, girl. Make $200,000 next year. Or $300,000. Crank out 100 AI generated articles a day. This is everything that should be opposed. I was just reading this past week complaints of a number of Medium writers who have been suddenly banned from Medium's Partner Program- and it's always without appeal, the decision is final. (Ridiculous on its own.) From what I'm reading some of the decisions are unfair and unwarranted. But I would feel zero sympathy for someone banned from making money from Medium due to using AI to write articles. Be careful what you wish for, Zulie. I've watched to 4:46 and can't watch more. At all.

Ten thousand followers? You hit 10K followers three years ago? My Medium follower count has doubled to four and a half. I have no idea who the quarter follower was to start with. Maybe a very short writer with low self-esteem.

$9 for roughly 3k words using gpt4 with multiplier on koala vs Openai playground I can generate 3k words for roughly $0.06 using GPT-4o. If im already doing my keyword research and what not, I'm not suring paying that much for the auxilary stuff is worth being price gouged for the actual article. Especially if I want to do 10, 20, 30+ articles a month. Crazy lol. Even their elite plan i can generate the same amount of words on Open ai for ~$20 as opposed to $350.

I just found this video and see it's out of date. I should have known when I saw Zulie Rane in 1950s lipstick and actual hardcover books- wow, just like in a museum!- on her shelf instead of one Kindle. I joined Medium 7 weeks ago and have never had an article curated and now I know why. The dog ate everyone's homework. I do have one article boosted and my reads have gone from five per day to a spike of 1,340,000. Well, not quite. My boosted article is entitled, How to Stop Fibbing About Numbers. That's why the stock market dipped on Tuesday. When it crashes you'll know I got boosted again. Love your videos. Even the ones from my grandparents era. :)
