I think you may have made a mistake in round 6 :( The rule book says the following: Reaching the Airport Too Soon The Airport image is in the Current Position screen but the Airplane image is not in the Current Altitude screen.

Hello! Thanks for watching and for checking on that rule for us! As I understand it, the "Reaching the Airport Too Soon" section you quoted is in the End of Round Special Cases, so you only need to check for that circumstance when the round has ended, after advancing your altitude. In our Round 6, we finished playing our dice and moved on to the End of Round steps: 1) Advance your Altitude, 2) Take back your dice, 3) Check status - and because at that point, our Airport and Airplane symbols were both in the screens, we had reached the correct circumstances to enter our Final Round. I hope this helps explain why we played it the way we did, and please let me know if there's something I'm still missing -Andy 🧡

Thanks guys! Just a tip if you are making an upgrade list: try to get more indirect, diffused lighting. Game looks a bit oversaturated, while hosts have too much shadow and highlight (harsh and dark). In the meantime you could paint the wall to contrast the human skin tone and stay away from black clothing. Keep it up!

Thanks for the insights! Lighting is definitely on the list-at the moment we're just working with the store's overhead flourescents with diffusing shades hung across them, and we can't wait to upgrade and even things out (and get rid of that crazy glare). Thanks for watching!

Very public access vibes. Content was tight, and I appreciate that. Work on polish and this can grow into something very good. As to the game, I like the core concept, but I will never put that shrine gimmick on the table. I doubt this game would edge out other deck builders for me, but the flavor and light rule set may really appeal to others.

Don’t feel like you need to play duos right away, especially early in a round. Duo boats is really powerful if the discards possess something you want

Great advice! We were definitely in "Do stuff because we can" mode for a lot of this first game. Love it when tiny little card games have lots of hidden strategy to be learned.

A lot of the things you're showing is normal 2+ skip normal 2+ on 2+ normal But in normal uno you can only do +2 on +2 or +4 on +4 And it's not "show no mercy" it's show 'em no mercy" " 'em " Meaning them

If I recall correctly, that last clip was played incorrectly. You can only play a draw 4 of one color if it's played on top of its own color, so a green draw 4 can't be played on a blue, red, or yellow draw 2. It's the same as for standard number cards, so you can play any +2 on another +2, and any +4 on another +4, but you can't play a +4 on a +2 of a different color.

This can be a loooooong game. My wife and 10yr old daughter and I played this for the first time last night. We didn't use the 25 card rule and our game was called at 4 hours because it was too late for my kid.

The only rules change for 2 players is the Reverse cards. Instead of reversing play, they skip the other player, which makes it your turn again. But be careful with the Draw 4 Reverse card, which makes it so you have to draw 4 yourself or try to stack on it to pass it on to your opponent. Hope that helps!

0 and 7 were already played alot in normal uno, same with stacking + cards but it would have to be the same number (+2 stacks by +2, +4 stacks by +4)

we still get them but at the desk in the cinema. then you have to go to the movie room and at the door is a person who checks and rips the ticket along a rip line.

That's what makes the game challenging. You have to not only think about what goes where, but also you have to think like the people that are playing, and judge the correct answer. I guess it's not an easy game to play against strangers.

An unbeatable show actually ends the round! If you Show, and then everyone else Scouts until the play comes back around to you, the round ends and you get to avoid the "lose points for cards left in your hand" penalty.
