@Joeyyylol I haven't seen any on the champs I play but they might also have stat adjustments like aram. There is an icon above your abilities but I've only tried Mel and Seraphine so far in swift play

im pretty sure it's swiftplay. It's a new alternative bcos they removed quickplay and it's supposed to be an accelarated game mode and you get more gold.

Would just look at wave states while your reseting... Understanding if your adc can get dove alone and if theres something important on the map to play for (grubs usually) are all things you should try to keep in mind when looking to roam. Sometimes you dont always have to make some massive play with your roam and its fine to just go mid to take away vision and place your own before you need to go back bottom. Generally avoid roaming to top because it takes so long and the situations are very limited. Best way to improve at this is to go back in your replay and just check what you do when u base. Are you looking bot/mid noticing objectives and with the game paused deciding from that moment with all the information if you think it would be good to roam

If you want to go shielding/ healing build: echoes - moonstone. Gathering storm scales a little better for healing. (Combined with healing secondary runes). Or mostly against mages/ harass lanes where you aren’t going to be able to walk up and proc scorch without getting poked out. Gathering storm gets more use since the early game will be more passive. Scorch is great into engage lanes that you counter pick, and can permanently harass throughout the landing phase with little options for them to trade back. The movement speed build is also good for chasing/ and disengage these lower range champions that want to walk into you
