man she's kinda terrible in practice but fun in concept R flies too slow and everyone can just walk away flash doesn't guarante hitting R Q can help with hitting R on enemy but most carry champs get Tenacity from items and her Q and R last terribly short her passive is unreliable if you play alone as most people don't even notice there is mark on the enemy most people even when they have W run away and don't even try to dish out dmg if they die in bailout Q is hard to hit but it's skill issue mostly flash R means you have to waste flash to engage and can easily get killed afterwards her skills don't synergize well with any items often times her R needs enemies to stand right next to each other because if only one is ulted then others can just run away for a moment she's terribly unreliable, and it's impressive if someone can carry with her her W is best with adcs, and i just want to say... ability that's mostly Relying on ONE specific player being good is terrible, often times in climbing adcs can suck, and other champions just don't get much from her W i like her but most of the time she's too situational to have a good impact on the game, i can understand why nobody plays her

Ivern had no impact at all in this game… I wanted to play him as a support, but after seeing this video, I’ll pass my turn. Nice game but I think the champion should be rework a little bit to make ivern more a support.

This is so good. Love the longer full game commentary videos, actually helpful for my own gameplay. D1 right now, trying to push masters for the first time ever.

I'm pretty sure the main reason Janna players stopped taking Glacial was because all the AP, HSP, and AH nerfs from support items along with the Janna revert just incentivized her players to go back to her old snowballing playstyle with Mandate/Shurelya, and after Riot toned down the strength of those items, all the enchanters tried to mimic S11 Moonstone using the Helia+Moonstone+Dawncore build, which also got nerfed. At the moment, I would say no build is really any more superior than the other, and it mostly just boils down to playstyle or flexing for teamcomp. Comet provides the highest potential damage value, Aery brings decent lane poke damage that scales into sustained single target peel, Guardian grants decent bursts of ally and self-peel, and Glacial boasts the highest potential damage mitigation - specifically towards melee AOE burst threats like Katarina/Diana. Some are clearly more situationally niche than others, but it's always good to understand their uses in case you're ever faced with them.

After playing Rell between Bronze and Platinum solely one trick pony 2million mastery. I can assure you she relies heavily on your damagers to know what they are doing as she has full commitment engages. She becomes S tier in Master/Grandmaster/Challenger where everyone performs their role well, but suffers much more in comparison with other supports that can "save their idiot teamates" like thresh, morg, lux, nami, lulu, etc. in low elo.

i think you also struggle with this build because it's kinda obvious you dont use Redemption much, which is totally understandable, but getting that redemption value is really key i can enjoy this build so much more than W poke Janna.

I have suggested this build to you and when I played it, it's a big playstyle change to get used to as just like you i normally play janna W max poke, roam, be fast af. But after playing the glacial build alot now it absolutely scales way better into a 35+ min game in these emerald diamond games. I think going swift boots over cd is still fine and I normally get t2 boots after redemption and then build the dawncore into moonstone. In longer game ofc I end with either ardent or locket last item and the shield from E is just insane. Also having the glacial slow go from like 25% to almost 80% slow at full build is crazy.
