Subject: Complaint about scandalous treatment of passengers and demand for compensation - route Modlin-Lublin, bus at 15:15 I am writing to express my outrage and to file an official complaint regarding the scandalous behavior of the drivers of the Flixbus that departed from Modlin to Lublin on October 23, 2024, at 15:15. My 79-year-old mother, who was traveling with my daughter, became very ill during the journey and started vomiting. Instead of providing assistance, the drivers displayed not only extreme rudeness but also contempt and racism. They ignored our pleas for help and did not understand basic communication in English and Ukrainian. The behavior of the drivers was simply outrageous! My mother was in a dramatic condition, and they merely mocked her suffering and did nothing to assist her. As a result, my mother was forced to leave the bus in Warsaw because she could not continue her journey to Lublin. The drivers did not even help her get down from the high steps, and their vulgar behavior was completely unacceptable. Such treatment of passengers, especially elderly and sick individuals, is absolutely intolerable. I demand immediate and decisive action against these drivers! I request disciplinary action and retraining regarding customer service. I also expect appropriate compensation for my mother’s suffering and a refund for the failed trip. I look forward to a prompt response on this matter.

Flix bus has very poor service.. I travelled in it.. Bus got breakdown as it started and after 6 hours i had to take alternate transport, No refund given. Not recommended at all

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, Flixbus!!!!!! ich möchte meine tiefe Enttäuschung über den Vorfall vom 15.10.2024 äußern. Auf der Strecke 068 von Frankfurt nach Duisburg, Abfahrt um 16:30, hat der Fahrer vor meinem Gesicht die Tür geschlossen und behauptet, ich sei zu spät. Dabei habe ich ihm gezeigt, dass meine Mutter mit gebrochenem Bein nur 30 Sekunden hinter mir war. Trotzdem verweigerte er den Einstieg und fuhr einfach los. Ein solches Verhalten ist absolut inakzeptabel, und ich bin schockiert, dass ein Mitarbeiter so handeln kann. Ich verstehe, dass es einen Fahrplan gibt, aber für eine Person mit einer offensichtlichen Behinderung hätte der Fahrer für wenige Sekunden warten können. Ein solcher Mitarbeiter passt meiner Meinung nach nicht zu einem so angesehenen Unternehmen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen, A. Chybisov
