If you're carrying a bag and you end the mission, it counts as loot. You can leave 3 bags on your AI teammates and haul one out yourself instead of having to run back and forth to pull the bags off your allies.

I just saw a video talking about it, and it looks to be mid in my opinion because it's only 3 shots and then is a normal musketeer, not to mention it's 2 cycles and waste an evo slot I would swap it for earthquake because I would most likely use it to snipe buildings
