The reason people thought it wouldn't work is because the generation before was dog eat dog and they are better than you and they laughed at the others ho had nothing but this generation are loving and think about the future and how the previous generation ruined everything to a degree The boss man made a show of all the previous bosses and so called business men without even mentioning them.. he is the better man

if this goes the way it is going an people don't replicate and do as Dan Price did even programmers salaries will become like current food delivery drivers salaries. Because if we let these people on the top decide for all of our lives everything they will manipulate our salaries all depending on demand and jobs positions will always fluctuate and more and more people would want to be programmers because of the good pay, and eventually they will cut of salaries volumes for programmers on up to around 60~70% off

Actually wages used to increase before 1980s. Before companies started doing buybacks on the regular and made it a large part of C-Suite pay. It is a failure at policy level which ensures regular workers get paid less because company money is being thrown to do buybacks.

It was good what he did for his employees, and businesses should definitely follow his example, but don't be fooled. Via Wikipedia: “In December 2015, Price's ex-wife Kristie Colón alleged that ‘Price threw, punched, slapped, body-slammed and waterboarded’ her while married.” Water. Boarded. He was charged with sexual assault against several women in April 2022, and he's been caught lying about his business as well. I'm getting a strong whiff of self-promoting, unscrupulous, grandiose narcissism.
