Other problems can be understood but you can't claim that you checked in at 4 pm, so you people should be provided late check out. That's your problem buddy that you checked in late. In your video only you have mentioned 2-3 time that ' late ho gaye late ho gaye . Baki sab problem light , Pani and service ka samaj sakte hai . Anyways thanks for the information vaha kabhi nahi jaayenge .

See brother in the below comments Akshay Tikone comment is available he is a broker and I have explained everything in that comment...so I request you to go through all what is written and then you judge...I didn't get anything in regards to spoiling the name of that villa...but if you see in the Google review everyone is talking bad about that property. The reason we check in late is because first we booked a villa near ekvira temple but due to heavy rain flood came into that villa so he cancelled and was given 2nd villa in lonavala city which Purnaniks and near ekvira aai temple road work is going on so that's what the reason we went lonavala city through express highway again so reached late at puraniks.... although it's your opinion I'll thank you for your opinion but if service was given properly we might left the villa as per their check out time happy. I'll pray for everyone that the situation that we faced shouldn't face anyone along with the senior citizen.

This was not good !!Very bad experience from the hotel.we often visit lonavla but will spread a wrod for sure to avoid these people and villa.Thanks for making us aware. Also please provide the names of the people to avoid in lonavla.The names will automatically come on truecaller and should be avoided.
