Let's have some fun. I recently watched an interview with Ina about her new book and she shared that she forgot to remember to have FUN in the early days of her business. Something that I often need to remember so when it snowed...in between client calls I told Tommy let's go and have a little fun. #snow Ingredients for one cup of Viennese Iced Coffee • 1 cup freshly brewed strong coffee (preferably espresso or dark roast) • 2 teaspoons sugar (or to taste) • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream (or more, depending on how creamy you want it) Fresh homemade whipping cream and chocolate shavings Instructions: 1 Brew the Coffee: Brew 1 cup of strong coffee. 2 Sweeten the Coffee: Stir in sugar while the coffee is still warm to ensure it dissolves completely and pour in a coffee cup. 4 Add the Ice Cream: Scoop 2 generous scoops of vanilla ice cream into the coffee cup. 5 Pour the Coffee: Slowly pour the coffee over the ice cream. The hot coffee will melt the ice cream just a bit, creating a creamy, frothy top. 6 Garnishes: Place a large heaping of fresh whipping cream and if you want to get fancy, you can top it with chocolate shavings.

As my parents are getting older I find myself trying to recreate memories and asking my parents about them. It has been so fun as my Dad shared the story of being a young child going to summer camp in Vienna. His Aunt Maria would come and pick him up once a week and take him to a proper Viennese Coffee house for Iced Coffee's. And this is why he would make them for us when we were little. I had no idea until a few weeks ago when l asked him for the recipe of homemade whipping cream and Iced Coffee's. Comment WHIP to shop for everything Ingredients: * 1 cup heavy cream (chilled) * 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (or granulated sugar) or simple syrup * 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or maple syrup (optional) Instructions: 1. Chill your tools...Cold equipment helps the cream whip better...chill for about 15 min in the fridge or freezer. 2. Pour the heavy cream...Pour the chilled heavy cream into the chilled mixing bowl and add the simple syrup or sugar and mix well for about 1 min. If you are adding vanilla or maple syrup add at this time. 3. Pour into the canister and tighten the lid. Place your nitric oxide cartridge in the canister holder and screw on as seen in the video. You will hear a hissing noice and know that the gas has been released. 4. Be sure to shake the canister for about 30 seconds allowing for the gas to distributed throughout the canister. 5. Enjoy and keep refrigerated. It lasts for about 2-3 days. #snow #snowdays #valentines #valentine

I made quick coco last night. I used coconut milk powder, RAW cocoa powder, sucanat sugar , a bit of milk powder,Baja gold salt and homemade alcohol free vanilla from Uganda vanilla beans! I forgot the Ceylon cinnamon(true cinnamon) lol… the raw cocoa DISSOLVES WAY BETTER THAN ANY OTHER COCO POWDER! It tastes great!!! The coconut powder made it very yummy and creamy ! Sucanat sugar is the least refined sugar from sugar cane you can get that’s not stupid sugar beet sugar like white sugar is. It has the molasses and everything in it still and it’s just juice cane with the liquid out of it! It tastes very good. Coconut milks tastes so good in coco and with the powdered kind I only had to use water while making it and I can make it extra coconut creamy that way. I bought the raw cocoa powder, coconut milk powder& sucanat sugar from Amazon , the brand is “NOW”… it was a healthier hot cocoa… I thought the raw cocoa powder wasn’t going to dissolve like regular coco powder and be bitter because I normally use alkaline coco but the Raw cocoa was WAY better. So I highly recommend it instead. Usually cocoa powder has that homemade taste unless you use alkaline coco but with the raw cocoa and coconut powder& a bit of milk powder it makes it taste way better than any prepackaged kind.

@ your welcome. I do highly recommend! Especially if you like coconut flavor. So it’s a healthier option that actually tastes really good. I actually got the raw cocoa for the healthy stuff in it that some cancer patients will use to help them. I’m not sick but can’t hurt you lol. Then I got the sucanat sugar the other day & had the coconut milk powder so it worked out really well to have hot coco lol.
