I’d love to see a part 2 of this! You guys say you drive them all the time, so maybe a groceries challenge (who can fit the most) and/or a car wash test (I’ve heard the T tops leak; and the Datsun is a convertible- go through a car wash and see if/which car leaks). Love the show! Would love to see some more episodes or updates!

I have the near exact twin to this car, similar condition and same spec with the 350hp 350/muncie M20 but 3.55 gears. Your impression is spot on in every aspect from the comical fuel range, the feel of the shifter, the physical size of the car, the power delivery etc. such an awesome car to drive and a little under appreciated honestly. Especially considering small block vettes go for less money than a lot of other muscle cars of the era

I enjoyed the video but disagree with some of his points. 1. the birdcage can be checked by removing the footwell 2. the door can sag with a bad birdcage, but the most common issue is actually bad door hinges 3. the plate of "options" you mentioned by the driver's door does not show options, but rather where the car was built specifically. 4. I would add that you should check your vacuum lines as these affect your engine and crucial components directly, such as headlights.

One day, they shall return. Until then, I guess we just wait lol
