do you have education of any form to be recommending these things to people ? just doing it for the money ?? ive skimmed your short videos and from someone who holds a bachelors degree in kinesiology, most of your recommendations are nonsensical movement and muscle combinations to be original, like most online trainers tho to be fair. nearly all of your examples are done improperly, for example in this video you need to pinch your shoulders back and THEN externally rotate, without flexing your wrist either. respectfully, i would be very surprised to learn you have anything more than PT certification

That's good for anyone with one dominant side for overall balance and stability... joint/muscle lockup/out is horrible
