At the outset you say that you are not challenging the His Majesty the Agong but the pardons board, the grounds entertaining the application out of turn thereby violating stated legal principles. However I read that article 42 (8) stipulating that "the Pardons Board shall meet in the presence of the Ruler or Yang DI-Pertua Negeri and he shall preside over it". Assuming that Najib committed an offense within any of the Federal Territories, possibly Kuala Lumpur or Putrajaya (can't be Labuan) then the ruler is the Agong himself. Article 42(11) [too long to quote verbatim] supports this claim. So, you say that you don't challenge the HM Agong but indirectly challenge His Majesty as the chairman of the pardons board. I am sorry I cannot understand that logic.

If Najib receive the Royal Pardon, we don't know if it shall help UMNO as it was because of Najib's corruptions that UMNO was forsaken by its supporters in the last election but the Pardon shall kill PH especially DAP in the coming election. The Right to Pardon is there for all but never to Najib who still not admitted to the crime therefore how to pardon a person who still insist innocence?

She doesn't have a mental problem. She has a personality disorder. Likely a cluster-B antisocial personality disorder. We call these people, sociopaths.

Hi Robert thank you for commenting! In the eyes of the law, personality disorder will also be considered a mental health issue, and will also be one of the very important factors to be taken into account by the Judge 😇

@@The_Debaters Sure but generally from what I read, it is a factor in getting HARSHER sentencing instead because they tend to be repeat offenders.

Ngl, the video quality and contents are improving, great work! While watching the video, one of Jason’s sentences resonates me: “What’s wrong with our society today? Are we actually giving an impression to our next generation that you can be famous by doing stupid stuffs online and it doesn’t matter if you become famous because of good or bad reason. As long as you become famous, you can earn money well.” This is undeniably one of the worrying issues we are facing in Malaysia. We used to appreciate beauty of people on social media - we would follow or like those ppl who are handsome, beautiful, cute, sexy, soft, kind, elegant etc. However, it seems like it creates a toxic environment that people feel that they have to be ‘extraordinary’ to post on social media. Now someone has found a new, unique way to gain attention without relying on their beauty. They have realised people are tired or bored of seeing the same beauty standards, and now being appreciated for their ‘ugliness’. Yes, we can see those negative comments under these posts, but this only proves my point - it is a solid evidence showing that people tend to focus more on negativity. What if showcasing ugliness could earn money? Do I still need to study hard, workout, and take care of my appearance? It’s always OK to be ‘normal’ but we shouldn’t appreciate or seek out ugliness. Tbh, it's disheartening to witness the shift towards glorifying negativity and ugliness on social media platforms. Instead of valuing genuine qualities like kindness and elegance, society seems to be rewarding sensationalism and shock value. This not only perpetuates a toxic environment but also sends a troubling message to the younger generation. Are we really telling them that fame and success are attainable through showcasing the worst aspects of humanity? As someone who values positivity and authenticity, I find it disappointing that this trend is gaining traction. We are losing sight of the importance of promoting goodness and decency in our online interactions.
