I've had mine for 2 years with no problems, I sometimes moisten the back give it 2-3 turns and they hold fast😊 I've tried the cheaper clear plastic ones and they are rubbish, so I'm buying another set of these as we've bought an extension to our awning. Very happy with them.

I have just got a second hand sunncamp holiday SE and it has the sponge without the covers and no curtains and no bed inner tent . where you zip it up on the bed boards and there is no awning where can I get an awning for it or can I just use any sort with a zip up end . Or is will it only take the one made to fit . The cover is good and all the tubes on the trailer are in good condition and the cooking and sink part is very tidy . The misses is good with a sowing kit but said no to me when I said if I get some canvas ah ah ah

That's fine when it's put up in a showroom with connectors on the floor to fix it too. Not the same in a wonky field when it's windy or you can't get your pegs in.

This is a manufacturing fault. Nothing to do with overtightening. I had a set in 2017 and bought a 2nd set in 2019 as some started to fail. I used them all the same. EVERY one of the original set has failed. none of the later ones have failed. You can actually see the difference in the colours of the plastics and where they have reacted. Your video is very patronising, you had to struggle to break that one. Oh and when I spoke to Kampa at caravan show, he all but admitted it and told me to take them back to the dealer I bought them from

Thanks for the heads up on the unfolding. Been doing the lifting cables on one of these. Goes up quick enough trouble is too quick if you did not see the way it went up to then test the lowering. Clever enough devices as long as the gorilla isn't over-winding it. Didn't help with the cables being twisted. Wire rope.co .uk is handy for bits.

No mention of the price on this one, but I guess from watching other videos and other models, this is a base unit. Still I wonder about the actual set up time involved. Didn't hear anything about a cooling unit, so I imagine a cooler is needed. Is the heater adequate for cold weather as btu's vs. sq. footer wasn't mentioned either. More information would of been nice...
