Because this already exists on youtube, the moment someone else uploads it to the youtube, they're going to be hit with a copyright claim, it won't affect their Channel negatively but they will not be able to profit if they plan on monetizing monetizing. You should definitely change the labels to royalty free, they don't have to pay, but they can't profit.

Because this is uploaded to your KZbin channel, anyone who uses it from here on out in their KZbin video will indeed get a copyright claim. What won't happen is a copyright strike... this music is copyright strike free. But people will be notified that their content has a copyright claim on it if they use these songs tracks.
