You can use clo 3d library to create cotton fabric and for customize print and texture you can use photoshop.

I haven't used any specific fabric in this video. This is by default fabric without ant change in it's properties. But you can use 40s cotton for this purpose ʕ•́ᴥ•̀ʔっ
