Thank you for watching. Many of us Chinese have our own understanding of food. For example, if we eat carbohydrates, we need to match them with suitable vegetables and protein to balance nutrition; or, hard-to-digest food must be paired with other food or black tea that promotes digestion. We hope to convey this understanding of food to our audience when we make videos. However, your suggestion is also very good, and we will use different strategies in different videos in the future. I don't want to be the one to tell you those red onions looked like green onions haha, thank you for the insightful video. Edit : The watermelon we have at our supermarkets are the seedless ones mostly, from experience when I was younger the melon with seeds always tasted better.

Haha, although the local red onions in the video look the same as regular green onions, our red onions here have a little bit of red at the base, so we call them red onions. This type of onion has a spicier and stronger taste, which can cover the gamey taste of lamb better than regular green onions, making the lamb more delicious. Our county's red onions are now also a landmark product of our region.
