Bhiya par mereko toh sapna hi nhi aata h Phle starting mein jab mein naya nya bhramcharya dhara tha toh mere ko 1.5 saal ke bar night fall hua tha phir 3 mahine ke baad hua phir jab mein workout chod dia tih kabhi 8 mahine baad hota h kabhi 9 mahine baad agar mein zada exercize kar lun toh uss din bhi ho jata tha kabhi kabar Abhi 4 din phle hi hua pure 11 mahine baar Wo bhi vajra nhi nikla i think so kyun mein low energy feel nhi kari Itna lambe samy taq control karna bhi shayad mere bhramcharya ka fal h jo mein boht samay se palan kar raha hun

Aaj se 3 saal phle jab mein phle baar khumbak ke bare mein suna tha toh mene phle din hi 3.49 taq kr lia tha par sirf antrik khumbak Aur mene zada practice ji hanuman dand mein kiya tha khumbak ko no doubt taquat saand jisi ho jati h par practice chootni nhi chayehe agar 1 2 mahina chooti toh bhi koi dikkat nhi banda regain kar leta h par zada lambe samay taq nhi tootni chayehe warna wo feel kam hone lagti h I have experienced so i can tell Plz tell me what should i do to regain again more power than earlier

Bhiya phle mein bhi aaram se 3 minute taq khumbhak ke sath hanuman dand lagata tha aur 2 ghante taq dand lagta tha covid mein Par uske baad mene workouts band jar dia toh ab wo power kam ho gayi h ab mushkil se 1 se 1.5 minute hi rok pata hun saans ko Phle tob mera khumbak pranaya simple 5 minute cross akr jata tha par ab karin 2 se 2.5 years ke baad emin bad 2 se 3 minute pe seemit reh gaya hun What should i do i know i mistaked leaving workout but i want that iton feeling again Mein abhi 18 saal ka hun

This is amazing. My anal muscles are not active and so tight. Due to which my bowel evacuation is not complete. My questions: 1. This should be done after conplete exhalation, 10-20 times, without hold in one set and so 10-20 such sets per day. Correct? 2. How many days/weeks will it take to show sone results for relaxing the muscles there? 3. If married, should I avoid sex altogether? Do you have any video for people who are married and retain semen and yet want to continue with sexual life? Any suggestions? Your understanding is awesome. Please reply. Thank you. 🙏

@@basicim I m confused. If ur anal muscles are inactive then how it is tight? 1) Yes! do Ashwini mudra after complete exhalation. Try to do how much u can in one breath but final rep not more than 100. Total number of Ashwini mudra should be 100. Not more than that in a day 2). 1 month 3) if you married do sex when u need baby. Otherwise try to avoid. I think you don't know the value of semen. It is the source of power, knowledge, energy when you spend 5 yrs without wasting ur semen you comes to know the mystery of universe. Know who u r? Why you born & got human body? What is ur purpose? U got piece of mind. But all these would happen if u got Right spiritual guru.

भाई जी मे अर्पण हु मुझे आप पहचाने?? मे 13+ महीने से पफस्सी योग कर रहा हु और मैंने काल भड़ा हुआ सिलिंडर सबसे छोटी उंगली सिर के उपर उठाने उठाने का प्रयाश किया और वो सिर के उपर उठा भी गया लेकिन ओवरहेड प्रेस मे हाथ straight यानी lockout नही हो पाया था आप एकबार देखकर बताओ पहले के मुकाबले मेरा ताकत का विकाश अच्छा हुआ की नही
