That was awesome. I cooked it in a lot of time, I heard that the origin of soymilk pudding was made in South Korea, and I thought that is hard to cook and taste, but that was a big misunderstanding. This can be cooked so easily, but the taste is so delicious. The softness is still just the right, but I felt we can add a teaspoon of gelatin, so you can taste a little harder pudding, the texture doesn’t change. Also, I tried a lot of toppings. The recipe showed black sugar syrup and soybean flour, but it is also nice to add dry fluits and honey. This combo is often seen in yogurt, but it also much to the pudding. A normal one is well known and delicious you know, but this one is less calory and reduced sweetness a bit. People who want a healthy diet, I fully recommend you to substitute ordinary one for this pudding. At the first time, I thought it can not fill in my starving being, however, once you eat, I feel like very good. To be honest it is not 100% substitutable sweet. Remember please. I strongly recommend you try cooking it just once.

There’s 3 different flours in market, all porpose (medium protein), cake flour (low protein), bread flour (high protein). If the packaging have cake pictures that’s cake flour, same applies to bread flour, if there’s no picture in packaging just go for the description on it😊

Made matcha sponge with your recipe. The best. Although I substitute to organic cane sugar & use swiss meringue technique, the sponge came out perfect, soft & delicious (everything room temperature). I made matcha swiss roll with white choc ganache & red bean paste 😁.

I do not recommend this video because it is not very specific on what to do. Iusually gradually put the flour in and I also sift the flour 4 times! A macaron’s flour need to be fine and smooth, you could do it even better by putting it in a food processor which after you would just have to sift it 2 times. Mix the meringue until it fall of your spatula in a smooth flow or until can can write an 8 will it, the meringue will not immediately soak into the rest but slowly absorb
